Raumati Puhia, also known as Raukikini, is a takatāpui contemporary visual artist and emerging tattooist of Māori and Pākehā heritage, based here in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. The name "Raukikini," meaning "Spicy" in Te Reo Māori, embodies the fierce and passionate energy they bring to their artwork.
Currently honing their tattooing skills here at Dr. Morse Tattoo Studio, Raukikini is passionate about pushing their craft further to bring long-imagined concepts to life. Eager to grow and evolve, they invite others to follow their journey as they continue to develop their artistry and refine their signature style.
